Greener Buildings – How We Can Help

Loosely timed to follow on from Interfaith Week, this event is a fantastic opportunity for members of community groups that run a community building such as a community hall or faith building. Chris Morris from Local Energy Scotland will talk about the Scottish Government’s Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES) and how it can help your community. CARES provides funding and support to make your building greener by installing renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels.
Another great reason to attend will be to reflect on progress made in Scotland a year after COP26 and the road ahead via Egypt and beyond.
EMEN events are always a wonderful opportunity to meet interest people, share some delicious food, and make connections between like-minded organisations and individuals.
